This mooting manual has been prepared to provide a basic guide to those students preparing for, or considering entering, one of the QUT Law Society internal mooting competitions. It takes you through each step of the mooting process –the release of the problem, conducting research and forming argument, writing submissions and the moot itself. It may also be useful for students selected to represent QUT at external competitions.
