RIP QUT Stalkerspace, All Hail The George Street Journal
Hearts broke all over Brisbane the night before Valentine’s this year when news broke that the beloved QUT Stalkerspace and all other affiliated Facebook groups had been Zucc’d out of seemingly nowhere.
Was it the -4 guy memes? Was it QUT making good on all their previous threats to reclaim their image? Sadly, we may never know.
But one thing that is for certain is the QUT Law Society listens to its members and when we heard cries of outrage up and down the Brown Snake we knew we had to help.
Enter: the George Street Journal, your local authority on satirical articles, genuine wholesome content and all of the memes. This QUTLS run blog will provide some laughs, some helpful tips on degrees and careers and provide an avenue for you to list ‘published meme creator’ on your resume.
Whether you’re a freshie law student, a veteran dual degree fifth year or just a general QUT pleb we are here to fill your Stalkerspace void.
Some may say we are copying other ‘established’ satirical blogs but that’s as much #fakenews as that Courier Mail article about a certain ‘toxic’ QUT Facebook group.
